2016 MIT 등록금 & Financial Aid

2016 MIT 등록금 & Financial Aid 정보

If admitted to MIT, we will make sure that you can afford to come to MIT.
That's a strong statement with which to begin this page, but it's also true. MIT is committed to being financially accessible to the students that we accept. If you belong here, then we will work with you and your parents to help you finance your education.
There are three principles that govern financial aid and admissions at MIT. They are:

Need Blind Admissions

The admissions process at MIT is need-blind for all students, foreign and domestic. This means you will not be disadvantaged in the admissions process because of your financial need. We won't admit you because you can pay full-freight, and we won't deny you because you can't pay a nickel. It's your mettle, not your money, that gets you into MIT.

Need-based Aid

MIT only confers financial aid on the basis of financial need. We do not award money based on any measure of merit - academic, athletic, artistic, or anything else.
You may qualify for private scholarships based on your merits; if you do, then they become part of your financial aid package. Many students use FastWeb to search for outside scholarships.

SAT Subject Tests. We recommend, but do not require, the submission of two SAT Subject Tests, which often assist us in the evaluation process. We have no preference for the specific SAT Subject Tests applicants might choose to take. However, if you apply for the B.S.E. degree, we recommend that you take mathematics (Level I or II) and either physics or chemistry. If you decide to submit Subject Tests, early action applicants should take them by the November test date, and regular decision applicants should take them by the January test date.

2016 하버드 Harvard 대학교 SAT.ACT.TOEFL 점수 분석

2016 하버드 대학교  SAT. ACT. TOEFL 점수 분석 자료 입니다

    Test Scores -- 25th / 75th Percentile
  • SAT Critical Reading: 700 / 800,  Math: 710 / 800,  Writing: 720 / 800
  • ACT Composite: 32 / 35,  English: 33 / 35,  Math: 32 / 35,  Writing: 8 / 10
  • TOEFL Paper 600, iBT 100

SAT OR ACT SCORES

We require all applicants to complete the SAT Reasoning Test or the ACT Test with Writing and will accept both the current and the redesigned SAT scores with writing for the foreseeable future.  We normally require two SAT Subject Tests. In choosing which Subject Tests to submit, it is more useful to choose only one mathematics test rather than two. Similarly, if your first language is not English, a Subject Test in your first language may be less helpful. You should submit scores from tests taken in the past three years.
While we normally require two SAT Subject Tests, you may apply without them if the cost of taking the tests represents a financial hardship or if you prefer to have your application considered without them. Standardized testing is only one component of our admissions process and your application will be evaluated on the basis of all of the other information that you submit.
