2017 워싱턴 대학교 세인트 루이스 SAT,ACT,TOEFL 점수 요구사항

English Testing Requirements

Either TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is required of all international students for whom English is a second language and recommended for U.S. citizens whose second language is English.

Requests for waivers of this requirement will typically be granted only to applicants who have

• An SAT Critical Reading score of at least 600.
• An ACT English score of at least 29.
• TOEFL Paper 550, iBT 80

Requests for waivers based on other exceptional circumstances will be considered.

Other students whom are strongly encouraged to submit TOEFL or IELTS results include:

• Those who receive a waiver of the TOEFL/IELTS requirement.
• U.S. citizens whose second language is English.
• Those who speak any language other than English at home.

Doing so can strengthen candidates' academic credentials and, in a highly selective admissions environment, help give weight to our advocacy of their applications.

The tests administered in December 2016 will be the last ones accepted for fall 2017 admission (October if applying Early Decision).
